Returns & Refunds Policy
XSC endeavours to keep our customers 100% satisfied at all times. If you are dissatisfied with the product you have received, please contact us to discuss. We reserve the right to rectify or remedy any error or manufacturing fault at our discretion. Please choose styles & colours carefully as we cannot do refunds on any custom made orders
All orders are packed with care and individually checked prior to dispatch – if a product is delivered damaged, please notify us immediately.
Please be aware that while we take every reasonable care when despatching goods to you, we accept no responsibility whatsoever for any loss and/or damage during transit. It is strongly recommended that you effect suitable insurance protection for such a risk
Claims for short deliveries and any missing parcels must be noted on the delivery docket prior to signing so the courier company is also advised in writing at time of delivery.
All claims must be received in writing within 48 hours of receipt of your goods.
If repairs or reworking is required, it is essential to include a copy of your original order with your return.
Please return your damaged product, using a courier or an insured delivery service eg Australia Post Registered Mail (with receipted signature), for your own protection.
If we have agreed to exchange or process a rework order for an undamaged product, you are responsible for the freight costs and we must receive the goods back in our office in the original, unopened packaging within 14 days.
We do not refund for incorrect choice, but may, at our discretion issue a credit voucher.
Goods sold as stock clearance or on sale will not be accepted for return
XSC will apply a processing fee for exchanged items and the refund/credit value excludes shipping and handling charges If we have sent you the incorrect product, we will be happy to exchange the product and pay the freight charges
